During my 2-night stay in a King Room, I appreciate the clean and tidy environment, which made for a comfortable night’s rest. The shower pressure was great and the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. It was easy to explore local attractions. I was particularly close to the MacBride Museum of Yukon History and the Old Log Church Museum, both just a short walk away. The only downside was the lack of parking options.

If you’re hunting delicious bites, look no further! Subway's a stone's throw at 0.1 km, and I can't recommend New Asia and Antoinette's enough, both just 0.1 km away! It’s a culinary treasure trove right outside! My stay in the King Room had a cozy vibe, and the shower pressure was top-notch — talk about refreshing!
Climbing two flights with heavy luggage hurt a bit. The mismatched towels? A quirky touch but still odd! The whole place smelled like a dog, and lacking proper kitchenware left me dining with a coffee stir!

The staff was accommodating and friendly.
My stay was far from pleasant. Climbing two flights of stairs with heavy luggage was a hassle, especially with no elevator in sight. The room lacked basic necessities, like cutlery and enough lighting. I even had to wait too long for maintenance to address plumbing issues, which made the experience frustrating. Plus, the parking situation was awful, leaving me feeling stressed about where to leave my car.

The location is fantastic, just blocks away from downtown attractions like the MacBride Museum. My King Room had a cozy ambience, large enough for comfort, and the shower pressure really impressed me. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room, which added a nice touch to my mornings. The staff members I interacted with were accommodating and helpful. However, the lobby and corridors felt outdated, almost neglected, which detracted from the overall first impression. I had some challenges with parking, as options were limited, and the absence of an elevator was a little inconvenient. The customer service at check-in could use improvement. one employee was particularly unwelcoming, which left a sour note amidst the other pleasant interactions. Despite these hiccups, my stay was overall enjoyable, largely thanks to the room comfort and great location.
